Shipping & Returns
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items should be returned in their original condition and original packaging including any paperwork, manuals, or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please provide a photo of the defective item and contact Customer Service before taking any action.
Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.
Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
The following items are FINAL SALE due to health regulations:
Nail Polish, Hairbrushes, Hair Color, Hair Clips, Hot Roller Sets, Wigs, Hair Extensions, Tweezers, Cosmetics and/or any Personal Implements. Hair Extensions, Body Jewelry and Piercing Implements, Clipper Blades and Other Blades, and Fashion Earrings: Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of these items
Appliances
Refunds on appliances must be requested within 7 days of receiving the package. Appliances must be unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to determine if a product was used or opened.
Exchange:
If the appliance is defective or malfunctions it may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days contact the manufacturer directly for repair or exchange. The manufacturer’s warranty information is present inside the box.
Further warranty issues must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty
